Are the devices for sale on the site new, used or refurbished?
All devices are new.
Each unit includes original packaging and has not been previously used or refurbished.

Why do I need to mail in my Android device? Are plug-and-play SD cards available?
Android devices run their operating system directly on the device—not the microSD card. Because of this, setup and configuration must be completed on the device itself.
Plug-and-play SD cards are typically used with Linux-based systems, where the operating system runs directly from the card. Android devices don’t work this way, which is why a mail-in service is required.
Some select Android devices support plug-and-play microSD card-only systems (labeled ROCKNIX), which do not require a mail-in service.
How do I know when new devices are available?
Devices are typically added soon after public release, with availability based on supply and demand.
All orders ship from the USA on the next business day.
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on location and shipping method.
Each DreamLab Build is thoroughly tested prior to shipment.
If you experience any issues within 30 days of delivery, we’ll make it right. Support remains available beyond that as needed.
These devices typically do not include explicit manufacturer warranties. Issues are rare, but any that arise are handled directly.
Is my payment information secure?
