All orders ship from the USA next business day. Each DreamLab Build is thoroughly tested prior to shipment.
Domestic
- Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) — free.
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.
International
- Priority International (6–10 business days) and First-Class International (delivery times vary) are available at a flat rate at checkout.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees prior to final delivery.

Order Cancellations
Customer-requested cancellations may be made prior to shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Payment-processing fees charged on completed transactions are not refunded to DreamLab by our payment provider. Any such non-refundable fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund. Processing fees vary by payment method.

Returns
Undamaged items in like-new condition, complete with all original packaging and included accessories, may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
